Limits apply when you create or activate something, never retroactively. If a plan change leaves you over a cap, existing strategies keep running and open positions are untouched; you are only blocked from adding more until you are back under it.

Exchange fees stay with the exchange

Trading fees are paid to the exchange directly, on every plan, exactly as if you had placed the order yourself.

Your data is not a plan feature

API keys, strategies, mapping rules and trade history are independent of plan. Moving down never deletes anything.
